Dang, had to say goodbye to two friends last night within five minute

One was visiting from England and I have no clue when I'll see him again, the other is moving to Korea any day now.

It was a great night I had to cut short because the last skytrain is at 1:15....

Bars can stay open till four but the last skytrain leaves at 1:15...

talk about government sponsored drunk driving.

1. I'm so sorry, HEyHEY! That's a real bummer. Can you e-mail or IM?

I am trying to decide what to say to a friend who is suddenly back in my life. I heard from him, via e-mail, last night, for the first time in over a year and I have yet to write back. I used to work with this guy, and we were pretty good friends, and he wrote me all about his two little dogs who he sounded really excited about. He met my dogs and is a real animal lover.:-)

The only problem is that I know he's an unrepentant Freeper! I've never gotten into it with him, before, but heard him arguing with others. Before, I could just avoid the subject, but the way things have changed, and the way I feel now, I know that I can't avoid the subject. *sigh* Maybe I'll just mention the dogs.:shrug:

2. Awwww....that sucks!

I had to do that with a very good friend recently. It wasn't the easiest thing to do....but I'd rather say "see you later" than goodbye.
