Anyone Know Any 15-Letter Words? |
|
I'm looking for a 15-letter word...one which can be broken down a bit, because I'd like to be able to play one in Scrabble, 15 letters goes ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE BOARD, and would result in a TRIPLE/TRIPLE/TRIPLE word score, if only I could manage it.
Best I have managed so far is a triple-triple on "inexhaustible" that's 13 letters. Also managed a triple-triple once on "juxtaposes" good for ten letters, 284 points...because I managed it on a BINGO, also, meaning I used all seven letters in my rack at the time to make it, and so got a 50-point bonus...it woulda been 234 points if not for the BINGO.
Anyways, wondering if anyone here can help me make someone's head explode???

I'm using that link!!
Now I'm gonna make people's heads explode!!
I need to find something that breaks down in just such a way as it leaves ALL THREE Triples open when I am ready to make my move.
Meaning it has to have two separate words in it, and those words have to be in just such a way as they don't take up a triple just sitting there.
Can you imagine scoring a TRIPLE/TRIPLE/TRIPLE on someone?? I mean, shit, 27 times word score?? someone would have their head explode!! And I'd laugh my ass off!

"nukular" would get challenged by the ref...and so would "misunderestimate."

http://www.scrabble-assoc.com/boards/dictionary/olwl.htmlThe best I ever did was to play the word Creamery on a triple word with a double letter for a 54 score plus the bounus that totaled 104. You're good! :)

I think the "juxtaposes" play resulted in someone putting a fist thru their monitor, because right after that play, and the ref upheld the challenge that followed, the connection terminated.
I can't say as though I blame the poor guy, though...I mean, 284 points on one word is enough to make anyone's head explode! He'd played TAP along the top line, and my letters fit nicely to make "juxtaposes" on a triple-triple, with 50-point BINGO bonus, good for 284 points. I could almost hear the scream all the way down here in Texas, and the guy I was playing was from Chicago!
