Will this salsa recipe work |
|
I plan on using tomatoes, jalapeno's, cayennes, Habanaero's and garlic only. I want super hot with a good flavor. I don't like onions, green peepers. Can I get away with not using them?

2. You can use anything that you want |
|
Unless you are making this for an event eith other people this afternoon or on extremely limited funds, you can try it. If it doesn't turn out well, you can try adding something else or starting over again.

no, no, no - How about green onions, can you handle them? A little onion is a mexican must in salsa. Lime juice and Cilantro should be used also. That's a lot of peppers you're using - you might want to roast them just a tad to mellow the hot a bit. put them in a pan with a tiny bit of oil and when skin pops - they are done. cool and dice...might want to do the same if you're using fresh garlic, or go easy on the garlic if using raw garlic. I just use garlic powder.

I think I'll use some of it. It's my first time to try and make home made salsa and I wan't to do it right.
