What's a good workout DVD? |
|
I have Pilates, but I just don't "feel the burn." Anyone have some favorites?

5. I have a couple suggestions... |

I've been enjoying doing workouts with these instructors on FitTV lately. Pretty challenging and varied, too! http://www.bodiesinmotionwithgilad.com/http://www.cathe.com/

6. I like Kathy Smith's videos, Tae Bo too |
|
They give me good workouts. Kathy Smith's Kickboxing and Great Buns and Thighs workouts are my favorites. Tae Bo is good too. The advanced videos are a good challenge.
