Bands I hate that everyone else likes . . .

Tool. I don't so much HATE them, I just don't think they're the greatest thing since sliced bread that their over-slobbering fans make them out to be. Tool to me = Neurosis-lite.
Rage Against the Machine. Decent message, but just foooking annoying and same-sounding.
Dave Matthews Band. Don't get the appeal, never will. Great musicians, boring as fuck songcraft. I couldn't make it through any album given to me.
The Mars Volta. Again, not a HATE thing; I SHOULD like this band, but for some reason I don't. They have their moments of brilliance but as an overall package, and in terms of songs (especially with this new album) there's just nothing there to hold on to.
Oasis. HATE this group, yet many of the people I talk to hate them too, so I'm not really alone in this.
Radiohead. I respect what they do, but again, not the greatest thing since sliced bread their fans make . . . yeah.
Jam bands. Dead, Phish, ekoostik Hookah, Rusted Root, etc, Just . . . no. Must be a pot/LSD/X thing, 'cause I get NOTHING out of listening to it. I like my mellow-vibed epics to GO somewhere and be catchy.
AFI. I like maybe ONE song by them.
Barenaked Ladies. I love Canada. Canadians are cool people. I love Rush, Voivod and DBC. Neil Young . . . OK guy. Yet I really . . . REALLY fucking hate this band. To me, it's like the musical equivalent to Friends, the sitcom. Eccch.

as I am a movie addict! I love Morgan Freeman as well, and like anything he is in. I would say right now my favorite movies, as counted by the ones I have watched the most within the past couple months on DVD are:

Pulp Fiction

I have about 180 DVDs. So it's really hard to decide!
