Who are "21st Century Democrats"?

I just got another call from them looking for money. I could google them but I figured someone here would have a handle on what the group does. Are they legit?

2. I've been checking to see if they are with the DLC

but they seem pretty safe to me. But they need to put out more of their policy platforms first.

3. I posted about this recently

and people said they were a good group which seeks to put more Dems in the legislatures.

I really don't care for their phone techniques-- they sputter out a line or two about how "progressive" they are and then start aggressively demanding money. A real turnoff, and I'm still not about to give them any.
