I've personally used www.annualcreditreport.com
also there is a
www.freecreditreport.com
best of luck!
On edit: You DO NOT get your FIC0 score - the annualcreditreport.com site asks for some $$$$ to get it (of course that has to be a hitch doesn't there?).

They'll mark your credit report for a year which will mean you will not be able to get approved for instant credit - but all three will mail you a credit report for free. I did this for safety after one of my numbers was stolen. Annualcreditreport is just as good but I think you may have to wait based on your location.
