1. Nah, only pluck them occasionally
I've never had very bushy eyebrows.

3. If I don't the City Workers come by and do it, and the City bills me.
I get mine waxed, or I'd only have one. Every two months or so, and pluck the sneaky ones as required.

5. I have thick eyebrows.
I keep them trimmed up some with a comb and small scissors. If I do not they get to heavy and then people think I look mean.

11. I have mine trimmed every time I get my hair cut.
My eyebrows have always grown unevenly. I get a long one here and there if I don't keep them trimmed. Just ask your barber or stylist, they'll be happy to do it for you. :-)

12. Nah
I let the brows themselves get as bushy as they wanna get, which isn't too bushy. Every couple months or so I do pull out the five or six hairs that have started growing in the area between the brows; gotta fight the unibrow. I'm 21, and this just started a year or so ago, so I'm worried those aren't a good sign for the future! haha
