Did you know the lounge is full of haters of fat?
We need to watch our cholesterol, but must you remove the fat from everything? Come on, people, a little bit of butter or cheese is good for you, and it won't hurt you a bit!

20-30% of total calories can come from fat....

less than 7% of total calories should come from saturated fat.....

Then sometimes we don't have any cheese and I have to go without. Guess what? It taste fucking the same with or without cheese. Damn you, Dairy Council!!

8. I REFUSE to use non-fat, low fat, no-fat stuff. Give me BUTTER, give me
CREAM, give me whole milk, give me REAL eggs in all my cooking and baking.

I DO however, use low/non-fat milk in our cereal and for straight consumption.

But egads, cream top milk? Irish butter? Organic brown eggs straight from the chicken, still warm? Food of the gods!
