Here's a bad Italian Latin ditty that always made me smile (Note: I'm sure I've made some errors; I beg forgiveness)

Marcus Porcius Catilina
Puliva culum cum carta vetrina
Si cum carta velina culum laceravit
Dita in culum penetravit!


Rough translation:

Marcus Porcius Catilina
wiped his ass with sand paper
If the sand paper tore his ass up
He put a finger up his butt

We learned the Pledge in 1st Year and I still remember it.
7 1/2 years of Latin will do that to you (Governor's Honors, but only a 4 on the AP exam).

7. Greek is more fun! Latin is kinda boring after studying Greek
in my humble opinion. In other words, the Romans got no sophocles or aristophanes --just some bland terrence and plautus.
