Describe some strange phenomena or weird "goings on" where you live
When I was growing up, there was a house in my city that had this huge bay window facing the street. In the window, the owners of the house had hung all these dolls, actually hung them with a hangman's knot and noose. I remember there being a Pink Panther doll in particular. The room was lit with a red light. This I can absolutely confirm because I saw it. What follows is merely here-say, the story goes that the daughter committed suicide on Christmas eve and the parents left the front room the way that it was, Christmas tree and all, the tree stayed up for years and years. The back lit dolls hanging from the windows created an eerie spectacle to say the least and people would drive by the house to see it at night. It became a mini-attraction in my town. Weird huh?

1. "Spook Hill" Florida
"Lake Wales - Spook Hill - stop your car at the bottom of the hill and watch as it goes up the hill ,.... IN NEUTRAL!!!!"

It is some sort of optical illusion, but weird nonetheless.

2. Awesomely creepy story
I don't think any I could tell could match your original post.

Near my town we have "Crybaby Bridge" though, where, at certain times at night, the sound of the howling wind is actually supposed to be the sound of a woman crying for her baby who drowned in the creek under the bridge. The stories about the place are much scarier than visiting the actual place itself!

3. Weird, I was thinking of Bunnyman bridge
In No. Virginia, I still don't know what the hell it is, but it has some weird story, that is what got me on this topic.

...peed last year after getting skunk-drunk on beer. We think it is the spirits at work.

6. We have what is called Gravity Hill. It looks as if you are driving
down a hill but you are actually going up. Or is it vice versa. Cannot remember.
