3. Just buy it in bottles. Seriously, I have also read that |
|
autopsies have shown high levels of aluminum in the brains of those who had alzheimers. The article referred to America's "love affair" with aluminum, ie, tv dinners, aluminum cans, prepared baked goods, etc.

8. Is it just beer cans? Or aluminum cans in general? |
|
And I ask that question for a number of reasons.
For one thing, if it's only beer, I'm safe, because I only drink it out of bottles, or kegs.
On the other hand, I do occasionally drink Coca-Cola or an energy drink out of aluminum cans.
And finally, my dad worked over thirty years in an aluminum can mfg plant, so if it is anything in the aluminum itself, or in the coating that they spray inside the cans, then he would have been at serious risk. He's 73 and still has a fully functional mind as far as I know, so I don't want to sound paranoid. But it does seem like a reason for concern.

9. It has not been decided if aluminum is the cause or a symptom. |
|
The evidence is inconclusive.
