My grandmother loved those. She used to eat 'em like she ate everything - without her teeth in. Teeth were for company.
It was a joy to see her plow through a jar of pigs feet - she had the gums of hercules, I tell ya.

My friends ate tojaz (eggs) for breakfast,ripagous (chicken:?parts), cojuna (head cheese), chana toudal (cheese). I am not sure how to spell this stuff,but we traded lunches with each other,it was alway good stuff.
