18. I was in that one! As an extra...
It was shot in Toronto. I was in one of the school hallway scenes.

Wow...that was a long time ago!

Except Perry King with a table saw, of course.

20. I can't remember exactly where...
...it was both going into and leaving Roddy McDowall's classroom, but not actually IN the classroom, because they ended up shooting those scenes after all the underage extras had to be wrapped for night curfew. I was only 14 or 15 at the time. Everybody in the classroom scenes had to be 16 or over, because it was so late.

I haven't seen that movie since it first came out on video! We rented it with some of my friends who were also in it.

Poor Roddy McDowall... doing stuff like this toward the end of his career. Not that it was a terrible movie........ but it was well below what he was capable of.

23. Sorry to tell you this
But you are definitely the coolest DUer I've talked to so far. :)

I know the movie is pretty expensive since it's out of print. I got it from a used video store. Best damn investment I've ever made.

Sorry, I'm gushing....

21. BTW...
if you watch closely during the scene where McDowall's car explodes, the background is the old "perv block" of Yonge Street in Toronto (the most recognisable landmark being the giant spinning neon LP over 'Sam the Record Man')... all those peep shows, old-time burlesque houses, and neon signs are long-gone now... they all closed when the city cracked down on the 'seedy' image of Yonge Street. Now it's just Starbucks' and The Gaps, as far as the eye can see. It's the world's longest street, by the way.

I like all the others, too.

I noticed you didn't have "To Be or Not To Be" on there....trust me it ranks up there with one of his best.
