2. What is it, America's most liveable city or something? |
|
My ass, it still gets to be 120 degrees during the summer. And what's up with the cops over there? You can't do anything without getting pulled over. I hated scottsdale, tempe was cooler except the crowds tend to a little young on mill avenue.

3. You're in Miami and complaining about the tempature in Arizona?? |
|
Shit, give me 120 in Arizona anyday over 95 with 90% humidity!
I agree with you about Tempe being preferrable to Scottsdale though.

6. Everybody used to say that about Miami |

Have you ever been out here? We got something called a seabreeze. The Valley, during the summer, is like a fucking oven. I hated the fucking summers out there. Your skin gets all dry. At night the temperature drops to 105. I liked the monsoons though.

4. The city council meetings. You can't write comedy like that. |

I lived in Phoenix for 24 years, then last year moved to Scottsdale.
The parade of waspy whiners is staggering...and hilarious.
"The street in front of my house has extra gravel from the street construction a mile away. It is causing problems in our life."
I could never live in Tempe. The Scottsdale cops are very polite, compared to the Tempe uber muscle monster squad.

5. And people think I am weird for not having a car...There is a reason. |
|
But there are some nice things about Tempe...ASU has vibrant YD organization.
