I was just curious and I think it would be fun. You don't have to say who they are unless you want to.

I'll go first.

I do, but I'm not telling. :)

19. Same Exact Sitch Here, Rick !!! --- But...
I finally got her to agree to register. She never was involved either, but now she comes to me all the time saying, "Did you hear what pResident Asshole said today?" Says she wants to help vote his sorry ass out of office!

I think I might have had a corrupting influence on her...

And, I think I'm falling in like with her, all over again!

He says that he still does occaisionally but he won't tell me who he is. That happened on another forum we used to belong to in college nad he argued with me and gave me advice as his forum persona.

13. My wife and I are both long time DUers

She's Geniph.

We found this place right after the selection, and at times we've been very active. We've both been moderators in the past, but just don't have the time anymore. We read DU every day, though. I pick up links to most of my news sources here.

Yup, we're both DU "oldbies" - and we don't even have to share computers. We can sit in different rooms - or even in the same room - on our own computer. There are SOME benefits to being in the business...

21. My SO was the one who suggested I take a look at DU
After about the 5th time I'd said, "have you heard what that idiot has done now?" and she'd read it here the day before.

But I'm not saying who she is - it's more fun that way.

25. God, I WISH my wife was a member here!
She's a republican. (I can't say 'repuke' when she's the subject.) She just can't get it through her head that the repubs are EVIL! I take what I can get, though. She's against the war, and thinks the Chimp is an idiot. For a republican, that's a startling admission!

If she would join DU, then I wouldn't have to post in secret.

32. I think that there are probably a considerable number of Republicans
like your wife. What we need to do is somehow persuade them to abandon their traditional constituency and vote for the Democratic Party like the Reagan Democrats did for the GOP in the 1980s.

33. Well, your avatar got me thinking. Jimmy Carter is actually
my wife's favorite President. Mine too. (Although I have a soft spot for Bill and Hill.) the D- or R- after a politician's name is less important to my wife than how much character he or she has. It explains why she thinks * is a dum-dum.

34. My partner is.
However, I am not gonna tell ya, who she is. ;)

We like to keep it quiet because we feel if we made it known that we are partners, and we reply to a post either of us has made, that our voices might not carry the same weight, because we are partners. I hope that makes sense. LOL
