I'm buying a new grill tomorrow. Suggestions? |
|
I want to spend around a hundred or so. Hopefully, it will hold up to years of weekend cookouts. I'm leaning toward a gas grill that I can use wood chips in. A smoker box on the side would be a good option. I don't really care if it comes with the side burner. I've been using a regular charcoal grill (too small and tedious) but use real wood instead. I couldn't stomach charcoal any longer when I saw the show about it being made of aspen and other tarry woods.

I didn't. I almost had to wait to get an engineering degree.

3. Better adjust your budget upwards to at least $150.00. |

Best buy in my opinion is the Weber kettle. About $85.00, easy to assemble, smokes and grills. Use real wood. Nothing beats the flavor.

chimney starter. It will last for freakin' ever, and it will really taste like you grilled out (use only the hardwood charcoal). Gas just doesn't have the same grilled taste. http://www.weber.com/bbq/pub/grill/2005/charcoal/cg_ot_s225.aspx
