Pictures from the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston (warning, lots of them..)
When I was an art student at Mass college of Art in Boston, I took a course called "Drawing in the Museum" where we would copy from old master pieces...I've forgotten who some of these artist are I'm afraid, but I'm sure you can find out more about them at the Museums web site...http://www.mfa.org/

This one I know is the good samaritian...



A colored pencil of a portion of a painting...



This one was done in black and white pastels...



This was a sculpture besides the opening rotundra...



And lastly, not a work of art, but done in the Museum never the less...

11. I'm intrigued by this post. I love to watch artists work.
I was especially fortunate to see a bunch of artists at different spots in the Louvre a few years ago. It was amazing to see what they were doing...with folks like me looking on. It had to be distracting for them. But, they were drawing superbly well in spite of the "audience".
