As well as Virginia Graham and all the other Virginias, including the little girl who was iffy on Santa. How about Dakota Fanning (N or S)? There are probably a number of Carolinas, too. Then there's Nathan Arizona and his wife and quintuplets, if fictional examples count.
That's not to mention Al Aska, Mrs Sippi, Miss Ouri, and Ken Tucky.
