Some tipping questions--please advise me |
|
So, I am going to cancun in a couple hours. I am 19, and I do not have a lot of experience in the wide world of tipping. I've heard that one should tip the front desk clerk to get a nice hotel room. My questions are--1) how much, and 2) how should this physically go down. I don't want to seem sneaky.
Any advice appreciated!

desk clerk. Do you already have a reservation? We do, however, tip the maid 10-20 pesos daily to clean your room and hopefully not touch or take your stuff. To date, we haven't had a problem.
