Feeling of a Monday morning on a Tuesday

I hate to be getting up so early again after a 4 day long weekend or vacation. It is just not fair. And I am alone today. Please let some customers show up or I'll be on your nerves the whole day.

Though I took some extra time-off last week, so it's been a 6-day week-end. Grrrs.

Back-log of stuff here too, so I shouldn't really be playing with D.U.

8. I added the cartoon yesterday evening

I am sure also, that my bf will get in contact with me as soon as he can. I will write him a letter this week, hoping he gets it and answers. I want to ask him if he needs anything where he is.

maybe not home baked stuff (since I am not good at baking) but some things.

I just have a lady from the States here who is farely related to Goethe. His granmother and some anchestor from this lady here are related.

How did you come to get to know this woman ?

12. I just met her

she is a customer. She wrote my boss an email inquiring. My boss answeres and the lady is here in Germany for vacation and doing some research on family history. She sits in the reading room with a genealogy book on Goethe researching some names.

13. a time consuming effort to say the least

I started half heartedly started looking for a family member who hasn't been heard from in over 50 years. I didn't find anything at all.

14. the lady found some persons she was looking for

and is VERY happy to say the least (she even hugged me for finding something for her :blush:)

My one granddad did some family research and if I remember right came back to the 15th century. No exciting anchestors for me :(
