The best is when I can harvest most of it from my garden. Nothing like fresh sauce from fresh tomatoes, onions and peppers. Yum!

15. This ones for guys "Skillet Spaghetti
2lbs fresh groung round
10 garlic cloves
1 large onion
2 lg.cans of whole tomatoes
1 can of paste
paprika
olive oil
piccorino romano cheese

In just 30 min. you can have supper

In a large skillet use 2cups of good extra virgin olive oil.
saute garlic & onion
next brown the ground round and add a heaping Tbl. paprika
add 2 cans of whole tomatoes and crush them with your hands
add a can of paste. Simmer for 30 min.
Cook your pasta and pour the whole skillet over pasta
serve with course grated cheese ontop.

17. Meatballs (beef,veal,pork), sweet sausage and a nice piece of pork.
The best gravy is when you have the combination of meat flavors.
