It's hard for me to see people on the sidelines arguing over their personal points of view as 'winners' when there has been a family suffering over this for 15 years, regardless of which side they were on.

and from what is said about PVS, there is no Terri. Terri the person - the sentient human being - died long ago. Her body just outlived her.

So I don't accept the premise that she won anything.
