SA traffic light tamperer stopped
BBC

A man has been arrested in South Africa for tampering with traffic lights in an attempt to create accidents.

The Johannesburg man was picked up after residents told police they had seen someone fiddling with the lights.

Police say he confessed to working for two tow-truck companies, attempting to generate extra business for them.

In recent months, there have been a number of accidents in the area as a result of malfunctioning traffic lights.

1. Reminds me
of how disasters are considered to be good for us, because the whole process of cleaning up and rebuilding boosts GDP.

Too bad about all those dead, injured and homeless.

2. I know you are being sarcastic
However, that repair thesis of economic activity has been repeatedly disproven.
