Thank You EVERYONE.You made Einstein's passing a celebration of |
|
his life. He was a very special creature. He was generous with his love and affection and that will be dearly missed. Every week we go thru someone losing a sick or elderly furrbaby. The support from all made it tolerable. Treasure and spoil them while they are with you. The time is not long enough. As difficult as it is, when the time comes to pass to the Rainbow Bridge, let them go. Whether human or furry, "Just because we can, doesn't mean we should". Technology can keep them alive just like it does humans. The most natural thing in life is dying. It's part of life's cycle. The greatest gift you can give them, is to make their passing a celebration of the joy they brought your life. I feel privileged that Einstein and I shared the last hours together. I know he knew how much I love him.....He's waiting for me, someday we will be together again.

Sounds bizarre but having him in the freezer is more comfort now. You can't pet ashes.
