Are you trying to cut back on caffeine? Is that why the switch? I'd like to do that, too. Object would be to get off it altogether. A friend has done that, gone through the withdrawal headaches and all, and says one feels so much better after a month or so away from the speed juice.

Might make a good thread to ask if anyone has cut out caffeine in their lives, and if they felt better afterward. Hmm.

29. Yes. I am doing tea instead of coffee and hoping to make the transition

to just plain old water. I have not been good to myself and have paid for it in spades. So after reading a book called "Natural Cures..." I'm trying to restore some of the girl that I once was. So far, I feel about the same...with headaches. :) I'll be your crutch if you'll be mine.

30. I drink like 8-10 cups a day right now, so I know when I quit...

...I am gonna have super strong headaches for about a week or so. I have not been able to psych myself up for them yet. But I have BP isues, and I know caffeine makes them worse.

BTW, I loved your post about your kids and all. It was wonderful!
