An awesome line from the novelization of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. |

The pregnant Senator Padme Amidala is speaking with her husband, Anakin (soon to be Darth Vader) Skywalker. Anakin is warning her that she must disassociate with senators that have been critical of Palpatine before and during the war. He calls these senators (and Jedi) traitors to the Republic.
Padme responds with this:
"But--I've opposed the war, I opposed Palpatine's emergency powers--I publically called him a threat to democracy!
This is great and very relevant stuff that parallels all too closely what's going on in our country today.
Are the freepers going to boycott/picket outside theaters showing Star Wars now?

3. I agree but I don't think Lucas has ever been this *clear* |

Sure, the criticism of those in power has been there throughout but I've met freeper types who love Star Wars and have never noticed. I'm interested in seeing their reaction to this new film.
