There have been many times that my horrbile allegies have gotten the best of me, and I have indeed sneezed while peeing. My asshole is still intact, so it HAS to be a guy thing. Either that, or I'm abnormal.

... if you want to get technical - while peeing is probably the best time to sneeze. At that time, you have relaxed the muscles involved. I don't think anyone has to really worry about blowing out their asshole, maybe just worry about blowing something out of your ass :)
