What's the best way to build up upper body (arm) strength?
Mine seem to get weaker thanks to repetitive stress issues.

Thx!

1. Bionics

But it's expensive. $6 million, not counting inflation.

3. Free weights.

You want bulk and strength? High weights, less reps, good nutrition and rest between sessions.

Definition? Lower weights and more reps. Still, good nutrition and time for recovery.

Explosive speed and power? Plyometrics.

11. Hire yourself out on an alfalfa farm.
Baling hay the old fashioned way for a summer will make you strong as an ox.

13. Work in a hotel, make beds & launder sheets
Throw those sheets and bedding around, across beds, into the laundry, into the washer, wet ones into the dryer, take them out, fold them, put them away - that's do it for you.

14. You get yourself a little baby calf, one that weighs about 30 pounds...
you lift that sucker up five times a day, every day.

In a year, when it's full-grown into a 600-pound cow, your arms will be strong as hell.

16. Chin-ups
With palms facing you. Better, even, than lifting weights cuz your body moves through space. I would recommend a removable chinup bar. Slightly more expensive than a fixed one but sturdier and you can close the door when you need to.

19. Get a part-time job at Home Depot
Ask to work in Lumber and Building Materials.

Loading concrete for eight hours a day will solve your arm-strength problem.
