And your cat is probably laughing at you too. Plus your dog . . . Can you imagine what bushie's dogs could tell us about bushie?? They're no doubt laughing their butts off about a human who is dumber than a stone. http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=105&topic_id=2969520&mesg_id=2969520No joke -- animals can laugh. But then those of us who live with animals know this.

2. My mom's cats learned to bark. |
|
There was a dog next door that would sometimes start barking at them when they were on the back porch, so they started barking back at it. It wasn't really that much of a bark, it was more of a little staccato "eh! eh!" that they would do with an aggressive posture while staring down the dog. Then they started doing it at birds they would see in the bushes and stuff, which totally goes against how they would normally take a stealthy approach to hunting.

3. Many Ethologists etc. believe there is far more going on |

in non human animals than humans realize.
Both my cat and dog love to watch people and I know they are laughing sometimes.
