1. I doubt you have to worry about sr's on DU.

The people who need these warnings are those who don't pay attention to ALL current information. It never ceases to amaize me when I hear about some sr giving all their savings to a financial advisor they never met, and know nothing about, or give somebody $50,000 to "collect their $1,000,000 winnings" in some contest scam.

This info does need to get out, but I suspect those on DU already know better.

3. I liked the part about the charities. I got a call from a charity with

the name "sheriff" in it. I asked how much money went to the actual people it was supposse to help. They said 80%. I asked for a written statement of where their money went. They refused to send it.
