Glad it's not snowing too..the sound of rain on my roof that I thought I heard turned out to be a leak in my roof coming from the cupulo. I just cleaned up and dried out about 50 pictures that were on my staircase!

this is the first leak. I will tell my landlady about it tomorrow and hopefully it won't be too bad for her handyman to fix.
