Only 7 more weeks until my 1st Marathon..... |
|
This morning, my running buddies and I did 13.5 miles; next Saturday we'll do 21.
I've gotten my mileage up to between 50 and 60 miles a week. I've ran several half-marathons, but this will be my 1st 26.2.
My body aches all the time, and I'm living on Tylenol, but I'm determined to do this.

....We'll do between 18 and 21 one week, then drop back to 13 to 14 the next week. All of our long runs have been over 13 miles.

9. Good for you! I just did my first 10-Miler today |
|
Hilly course. I sucked, of course, but I did it! Couldn't run 1/4 mile in October...
