What in the Hell is going on with Time?

I really am freaking out I cant figure this out help me. Okay I live in indiana my time is not supposed to change but at 1:59 all of clocks switched to 3am and completely missed 2 and I dont know Y becasue Im not supposed to change.

Did all the math people get it wrong? I have a Norton "Smart clock" that you cant readjust the time because as soon as u plug it in it sets its self, well it says it 3 am right now and i dont think it is but I cant reset it.

what time is it in Indiana?

I don't know what you are going to do about your "smart" clock. I guess it wasn't designed for an Indiana override.
