Can I confess something without fear of retribution?
I am in love with Randi Rhodes.

There: I said it and I'm not ashamed. I was infatuated for the last six months, but after the HBO doc., I am head over heels.

Love doesn't hurt. Love doesn't bleed.

That woman is the greatest.

plus, telling her falls into stalker-aholeness. Not to mention my girlfriend might get jealous, though I think she might be falling in love with RR too. :)

4. not yet, unless...
you count the fact that her courage emboldened me to take on my puke neighbors. They always egged my car and my house when I had my Kerry signs and bumper stickers on display. The wimpy side of me said that I shouldn't risk getting my stuff destroyed to preach to the anti-choir. Randi inspired me to buy a broken down car and cover it with liberal, pro-choice, pro-gay union, and pro-evolution stickers (this thing is literally covered with all of the above)and I now leave it parked in front of my house for all of the pukes to see every day, every month. It doesn't move because, thankfully, my town (warren, MI) doesn't require vehicles with proper tags to be moved.

I relish the fact that the knuckleheads have bbq's and parties and all of their moronic friends and family get to see my "shrine to liberalism", lol.

22. Right click on an image you want to post. then left click on
"properties", then left click and copy the address of the image.
You then paste the address of the image into your post.

You can also go to www.photobucket.com, opoen a free account and upload any images you like, including your own photos. Once they are uploaded there, they will have addresses that you can copy and paste into your posts.

16. thanks
I've always voted liberal, but it was easier when I lived in Chicago where I was for seven years after college. Now I'm back in my home state and the pukes have grabbed suburban detroit by the throat.

my dog has already been pepper sprayed by these idiots. My jeep has been egged I don't know how many times.

Luckily, my boxer dog has gone from a 5 pound puppy two years ago to 135 pounds of liberal kick ass now. He's twice the size of any boxers that I've ever heard of and my neighbors don't f with me when he's in the yard.

17. That's a scary effing boxer! Geez. Hey, get back to Chicago.
No need for this crap. I've been going to Chicago for fun for the past three years, once a year. The place is awsome, as you know. They need large boxers, BTW.

19. aww, he's a sweetheart. He'd never lay a paw on a person
but my neighbors don't know that, lol.

I'll get back to chitown when my dog passes. If you've ever lived there, you know chicago apartments don't provide enough room for big dogs.

Doggy park near Belmont and Fullerton is great, but I want my boy to have room to run. I can't get that in Rogers Park (my true home).

I dunno -- maybe she will find this post, and think, "hmmm, he loves me AND he plays the banjo? This is what I WANT. What I have longed for (secretly). What I have waited for. "

15. I love Randi
She worked in Miami before she went national. She's huge down here. I heard her say the other night she was lonely up in NY. She misses her family.

If I were up there, I would ask her out for drinks, just cause it would so fucking cool to hang out with her. The woman is sharp as a razor blade.

Unlike "big ed", she's not afraid to engage in debates with callers. She encourages it and always shuts them up.

21. She looks very different than I expected...
I don't know why or what I was expecting though.

Was anyone else depressed by coverage of the election at the end of the documentary. I figured they'd have to cover it but when it came I wasn't ready to live through that day again.
