This is important for all members of B-GLAD and those who receive our
announcements!

On April 13 (next Wednesday) B-GLAD is going to be sponsoring the
National Day of Silence on MSSU's campus. All the information you could ever want is on the Day's website: www.dayofsilence.org

Participants are asked to remain silent all day until 2:00pm when we
meet at the FLAG POLE in the oval in front of Billingsly Student
Center.
There we will provide noisemakers, and we are all going to shout. This will be followed by several short speeches that discuss the meaning of the day.

We have "speaking cards" that will explain the day without verbal or
gestural communication to those who wonder what we are doing. Also, for those who do not have T-shirts, we are printing stickers to identify you as a participant.

We seriously ask that all members and friends who are able to make it
come to this event. This will be the first major event of any calibur
that B-GLAD is sponsoring on campus, and we want it to be a raving
success!
