4. It Seems Legitimate That She Planted It

I mean whether it was a factory worker, meat producer, packer or somone else working at Wendys, why would they not have tol their supervisor that they had their finger cut off and it was heading for some Wendys. I mean they would probably even get workmans compensation.

If the company did know about it they would have (or should have) stopped all deliveries immediantly to avoid this legal mess.
