My sister has had a bad cold all week, and I've been in close proximity to her (she hates to drive, so I act as her chauffeur). I have a concern because my immune system ain't too good due to the arthritis drugs I take.
I thought I had escaped it, but suddenly I'm getting chills, I ache all over, and my head is filling up with goo (and I'm sober!).
I'm gonna kill her if I have to spend the weekend in bed.

5. I am not so sure about that vigorous exercise, as that is considered |

stress, which is not good when your immune sytem is compromised. It would be better to dress warm and sweat out the fever. Get lots of sleep/rest. Drink warm fluids. Tea, soup. Vitamin C(lots..you will pee out the extra). Vitamin B complex(50). Vitamin E(400 IU) If your throat starts to hurt, gargle with the hottest water you can stand mixed with some salt. Do that frequently. Zinc..not too much..is good to fight colds. L-lysine is good to fight viruses, which most colds are.
