Darned Catholics Are Taking All the Parking Spaces!

The seminary around the corner is building a new building on its former parking lot, sending its students, staff and faculty to find streeet parking all over the neighborhood. They're snapping up all the parking spots by the lakefront park. The start of street cleaning season makes the crunch all the more tight.

Gosh darn it all! I'm gonna have to start sacrificing chickens to the Parking Gods again.

The Vatican is one of the most influential bodies which King George does not and cannot ever control. Where it agrees with him, it's because he agress with their (long held) position; so too where it disagrees with him, it's because he disagrees with their (long held) position.
