Hey that Yoga stuff WORKS!!!
Close eyes
breath in through the nose
feel yourself breathing directly to the area of your body you are targetting
breath out through the nose.

I played golf for the first time in a while on Sunday ( 7 PARS- shot a 93 ) and everything in the back half of my body was sore. My wife has taken a couple of prenatal yoga sessions so she showed me some things and I'll be damned if they didn't work straight away.

Good stuff.

You can make Yoga even better if you learn meditation.

Glad you tried it. :)

Mind/body exercises are commonly thought to be mumbo jumbo, but they actually are very effective. Yoga and tai chi even can help alleviate symptoms of arthritis, fibromyalgia, and lots of other nasty stuff.

Nice game... did you see Tiger's chip shot from the rough on the 16th hole on Sat? WOW!

3. After a few pitchers in the clubhouse I got home JUST in time
My wife had just turned it on when he hit that shot. She paused it (digital).

I have yet to hear of anyone going to a yoga class and not loving it. One woman in my wife's first class didn't come back-she was self conscious about not knowing everything right off.
