[Commie Pinko Dirtbag]

Song from the early 80's or late 70's, voice somewhat like Smokey Robinson or Billy Paul but not quite (male with a quite high pitch), I though it was called "Hold Me Tight in the Rain" or "Hold Me Tighter in the Rain" (this sentence, or something that sounds awfully like it, is sung in the chorus) but Google comes up with nothing recognizable.

Any clues?
