Author of "Prickly City" (RW comic strip) gets what's coming to him...
...courtesy of Francesco Marciuliano of "Sally Forth" fame (not to mention the creator of my current sig), who includes the following in his online "Comic Strip Writing 101" course:

The above strip is courtesy of Scott Stantis, a man who was kicked out of California State College (School Motto: "Reading Is Hard"), causes the citizens of Birmingham, AL to die a little inside each day they read one of his spectacularly uninformed editorial cartoons, and who puts the "prick" in the new neo-conservative syndicated comic strip "Prickly City." Displaying a wit just right of Eric Rudolph, Stantis's remarkably inefficient education (his bio's biggest boast is that he graduated high school) has led him to mistake "The Book of Genesis" as front-line reporting, misread "racial equality" as "you stole my free ride," and hate feminists, probably because, like most carbon-based units and deli condiments, they can easily outsmart him.

(...)

But in Stantis' defense, he is clinically retarded. No wonder that, along with "B.C." and "Mallard Filmore," "Prickly City" makes up what is known by college-degree-holding readers as the "Axis of Cartoonist Evil."

:spank:

1. Ugh
BC used to be pretty funny until it got so preachy and hateful. Mallard Fillmore is for morons.

2. Yes, but...
BC used to be pretty funny until it got so preachy and hateful.

3. An adult drew that????
My 9 year old niece probably could draw better than that, and would probably make more sense too.

Note for clarification: I'm referring to the comic strip linked to, not the one in the sig. I tell you one thing though, last time I ate conspiracy nuts, I almost got fired from work for wearing a tinfoil suit.

5. He wasn't the original author of "Sally Forth"...
...that was Greg Howard. And, yes, the strip isn't very good. But if it pays the bills enough to continue drinkatwork.com or Medium Large, I'm all for it.
