That's got some muscle relaxant as well as painkiller. My preferred choice.

When it gets like that, it's even difficult to stretch. It might help to wear something around your neck. A towel. A scarf. A handkerchief. Button the top button and flip the collar up. Whatever works and doesn't look too strange at work. It may not seem like much difference at first, but over time the extra warmth will relax the muscles.
