6. Yes, seems a weird day |
|
I think Waco, OKC, Columbine were all April 19th, Hitler's b day was the 20th.
Every year about this time I wonder if something will happen. Creepy.

I always greet that day with caution.

7. Yes, right-wing militia week. |
|
Of course, according to our government, home-grown terrorists are not terrorists, so we have nothing to be afraid of.

8. Yeah, OKC must not have counted. |

The FBI still has concerns about domestic terrorism. They should especially with the war in Iraq. We will be getting discontented soldiers back from an unjust war, folks like McVeigh. I don't think our vets will get enough care to avert a small percentage of them joining these groups. Troops seemed to get much better treatment that got out under Bush 1 and Clinton than they do now. I was in Iraq the first time around, and the troops now have it far worse.

...his legacy still lives! Here, in Oklahoma, they will have to live with the image of "collateral damage" for many years to come.

12. There have been many programs about him on lately |

What with VE day coming up, I suppose. I will always find it interesting how so many followed him to oblivion. I find the political situation now interesting in the same way.
