I managed to avoid colds and flu all winter... now that spring is here -- I get a cold
clogged head, scratchy throat, coughing, slight temp, generally feeling crappy and my voice sounds like mickey mouse going through puberty
I'd give out a big ARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHH if it didn't hurt....
no it's not allergies/hay fever -- with that it's usually just a clogged head and itchy eyes, benedryl or similar meds takes care of it

have it too. the doctor prescribed erythromicin for him. since my symptoms started yesterday and the doctor was not on call, i've taken a couple of his meds., will do so again today, and hope that on monday the doctor will fill the # of pills i've taken from his Rx. and also give me an Rx of my own.
I've managed to have no colds etc. since 1999 and so did my husband. I guess it was our year to get it--but this is all for the birds!

4. Echinacea....magic herb.... |
|
I find that echinacea makes it go away sooner. Celestial seasonings make a echinacea/vitamin c/zinc combo tea that seems to help a lot.
Feel better soon!
