1. Well I'd love to walk a marathon one day
I'm not into running, but I often walk 15/20 miles so I sometimes thought of walking a marathon and just take the whole day and do some sightseeing as well and have a beer or two on the way. I can't do Boston tomorrow, but it might be nice to walk the Boston marathon. When it's warm and the sun is shining and the birds are signing etc. etc.

2. Wow! You can walk that much at a time?
:woohoo:

It's also fun to stand on the sidelines of the marathon and cheer people on.

7. It clears your mind and it's not that hard
I'm not into running or jogging or whatever, but after you've walked an hour or two hours especially if it is in the woods then you start to feel relaxed and happy and most worries and frustration disappeared somewhere along the way.

9. No, but you just need the route from a real marathon
So you can do it whenever you feel like. It would take 6-9 hours, but that means that you can take all breaks you like.

3. Good
Women aren't supposed to run in the Boston Marathon anyway. Didn't you get the memo from Semple?
