I don't think I've ever posted while high, by the way.

1. Odorless, perhaps, but fume-free? No.

2. I don't get it, what's the difference?
I can certainly smell it! ICK!

And who knew it was oil-based? I went to wash my hands and the shit just kept rubbing around all over my hands and beading up until Mr. Bouncy came in there and laughed and took me out to the garage to pour mineral spirits on my arms and hands AND he was mean and said "this might sting a little."

Bastage. I was all preparing myself for pain and it's just some oily shit.

4. Yeah, there's not much of a difference.
"Odorless" I suppose is perceived by the people at Kilz as not smelling like anything of this earth.

5. Nasty oil-based white paint that covers up other paint colors on the
walls and stains and stuff.

We're re-painting our daughter's bedroom. It's pink and needs to be blue and green. It's going to take two coats of Kilz to cover the Pepto-Bismol pink that is currently on the walls. :-(

And I have a headache. And I'm dizzy.

8. Oh....
And oil-based too, so the fumes will hang around. Is the weather clear today? With a good wind, or just a rising barometer, the place should clear out sooner rather than later...

10. Got two ceiling fans in there, two doors open (it used to be two
rooms, we knocked down a wall).

Our daughter might sleep with us tonight.

6. For interior projects I usually use the Kilz 2 waterbased latex
It does have less fumes and is easy clean up. You still need to open a couple of windows, however. It's also ready for a recoat in around 1 hour. :)

7. That's what I should have done.
I was enticed by the big "ODORLESS" word on it. :grr:

12. Odorless is kind of an exaggeration, isn't it?
I did use that kind on some bathroom cabinets that had been painted with an oil based paint and need an oil based primer to cover them. The room had one small window and before the project was done I'm pretty sure I lost some vital brain cells. Hey, at least now I have an excuse for how I am. :P

13. I made the mistake once of spraying Kilz
Even though I was using a respirator that was supposed to stop VOC vapors it didn't.

Took about a week before everything didn't smell like Kilz.

15. I knew some industrial painters once who used to get blasted
on one beer at lunch every day. Thier livers were already so cooked by the paint that that's all it took.
