If you ruled Wisconsin, how would you deal with the kitty problem?
Edited on Mon Apr-18-05 10:46 PM by HypnoToad
Now, given who all has come from Wisconsin, it's no shock that those who currently rule chose summary executions. All you can think of is killing in gruesome ways, it seems. After all, look who came from your state: Andrew Cunanan, Ted Bundy, Jeffery Dahmer, Charles Manson...

Now regarding cats, don't kill them so cruelly.

So, I, a little toad from across that river, implore you... please be more humane in your treatment of those little pussy cats.

Do this instead:

And teach them while they're young too:

(see, that cheap plastic crap made outside the US really DOES have some uses after all!)

edit: Spelling :dunce:

3. Hey, cat haters, here's a taste of what's going to visit you tonight...
..as you slumber, restfully thinking you're safe...hahaha, you deserve it for making fun of kitties. As for those Wisconsin folks, what's their fucking problem. The creature below will visit the whole damn state before this is over, yeah and avenge the little kitties being massacred. OK, disrespectful DUers and Badgers, here it is:

5. I'd do what they do in the state of Paul Wellstone...
after all, why should a feral cat on the run be able to get away scott-free, just because it crosses an imaginary line from minnesota into wisconsin?

7. I go for birth control
Catch, sterilize, release, or that bait food with BC in it. Reduce the overall population, and the problem is thus mitigated.

Yes, murder - specifically, bloody, awful, dismembering and then eating kinds of murder - are not only a Wisconsin tradition, they are a BIRTHRIGHT!

14. But remember - it's legal already in 22 or so states to kill feral cats
This is nothing new what is being proposed in Wisconsin.

I have a couple different families of relatives who each live at midpoint sections in the country between cities, and their homes are plagued with feral cats, which they shoot incessantly, because the assholes in the cities, when they don't want pets any more, take themn out into the country - and since my cousins are in the midpoint areas, it's their property that gets most of the dumping.

They have to kill the feral cats, even though it might not have been technically "legal" so far to do so. And it's the same in many other states, which is why they have already made laws to say it's okay to kill feral cats.
