1. I'd join the millions who have made balding cool
and shave it all off, baby.

3. "If....?"
I wish.

But I'm at peace with it now - I still look good straight-on in the mirror.

4. If that happens, it's shaved head time.
There won't be any combovers or any of that stuff. It's all going then.

7. I shaved my head when I realized I had a bald spot.

But I'm letting it grow back now after 6+ months, just to see what damage I have taken in the meantime.

8. Grow all the remaining hair out long
and maybe wear a hat a lot. That's if I were balding, but not completely bald. Might look a little odd, but I've done the shaved head thing before and would rather have patchy long hair than no hair at all. (I look like I'm about 12 years old with the cue ball look.) If the majority of it started falling out I'd probably resort to the shave.

9. My boyfriend is balding. He has a nice looking head-we cut his about 1/8
inch all over and he has a close beard that is quite distinguished looking. I think cutting leftover hair short is the way to go. If you can grow a beard, have it shaved and cut to accentuate your features. Many folks prefer less hair to more. It's very manly!
B-)

12. That happened to me in 1961 when I was 17.
I'm just grateful there was no balding during high school, but as soon as I graduated, it started. The combover has its limitations. I have a 1970s hairpiece that cost $8.00 that I wear only on Halloween.

If somebody doesn't like it, they don't have to look at it.
