but only when the charge really wasn't my fault and they weren't budging anyway. Yes, gutted, boned and marinaded, and their little dog too.
On the other hand, I also complement good service and have even written a letter to the company when someone has been extraordinary.

but it was to a Dell idiot after I received about 40 calls from their collections about a $2 charge I did not owe. After waking me up dozens of times and calling my work place several times, I finally gave-up and paid the $2 plus the ~$50 in fees. About a month later I had some other Dell idiot call me about the original $2 charge. That's when I finally lost my temper. Depending on the circumstance, doing so over $5 is completely justified.
